Most of the WordPress Plugins for real estate deal with the presentation of listings, homes and property for sale, but that is not all you need. Yes, you need to show your listings on your website, and you need an IDX search feature, but that?s not all. There are a host of other types of tools to make your site more sticky, more useful and more interactive for your visitors.

Please note, most of the plugins on this page are not free. There are multiple options for use, and none are so expensive that they are not worth installing. These plugins pay for themselves in terms of making your website more functional.

	1. MLS Search Real Estate Cloud Open, SEO-friendly MLS Search WordPress plugin. Implement MLS search on your website or blog. Highly rated with 5 Stars. MLS Search Real Estate Cloud Like I stated at the beginning of this article, most of my clients prefer a full-IDX integration? However, I love this Real Estate CRM by the same company. (see below)
	2. Optima Express by iHomefinder We work almost exclusively with iHomefinder, so naturally, we like this particular Real Estate WordPress Plugin. It?s very nice looking, See Sample here. Easy to Install and Configure SEO Friendly, very elegant, Quicksearch & Property Gallery Widgets, Facebook & Twitter Integration, Mobile MLS Search and Great Lead Capture & Management.
	3. DS IDX Express ? Indexable Property Listings This WordPress Plugin is an SEO dream, because it makes all the properties in your area?s IDX show up like an individual page on your website. Using this plugin can super-power your Google Rankings. This WordPress Plugin allows people to search for homes on your website, and each IDX listing is indexed by Google, as if it belongs to you.
	4. XML Google Maps WordPress Plugin This plugin allows you to easily insert Google Map or Google Earth Plugin Maps into your blog. You just have to add a link to your self defined Map from My Google Maps, Picasa Webalbum Picture Map. Realtors will find this map useful when describing about the different areas in which you sell real estate.
	5. Mortgage Center WordPress Plugin by Zillow This WordPress Plugin allows you to install mortgage related data onto your site for free. Chat is a great way to make your website sticky and interactive. The downside to this website feature, is that you need someone available to take the chats at any time.
