LOS ANGELES (AP) ? Olympic champion Ryan Lochte put his toe in the acting pool for a cameo appearance on the CW drama series "90210."

The swimmer says it was his first acting gig and he was "really nervous" because he "didn't want to mess it up."

He says "everyone was really nice. They helped me out," adding: "Hopefully, I killed it through the end."

Lochte won five medals, including two gold medals, in swimming events at the London Olympics.

The "90210" episode with Lochte will air at 9 p.m. EDT on Monday, Oct. 29.

The show's producers say there's no water involved in the scene, adding that Lochte "deserves a little rest on dry land."

He attended the premiere of "The Expendables 2" in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. Announces ... - Franchising.com

Michael Rosenberger, the company's CEO, has agreed to sell 15.5 million shares of the company's common stock to Seenu G. Kasturi for 3.2 cents per share.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 15, 2012 // PRNewswire // -- American Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (OTCBB: ANPZ), the operator and franchisor of America's award-winning Dick's Wings? restaurants, today announced that Michael Rosenberger, the company's CEO, has entered into an agreement for the sale of 15,530,000 shares of the company's common stock to Seenu G. Kasturi, the CEO of Blue Victory Holdings, for 3.2 cents per share in an all cash deal.

The 15.5 million shares being purchased by Mr. Kasturi represent approximately 45.3% of the company's outstanding common stock. The purchase price of 3.2 cents per share being paid by Mr. Kasturi effectively values American Restaurant Concepts at approximately $1.1 million. The company's common stock closed at 2.0 cents per share on August 14, 2012.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Mr. Kasturi has already paid 40% of the purchase price to Mr. Rosenberger. In addition to the 3.2 cents per share purchase price, Mr. Kasturi has agreed to pay approximately $66,000 of operating expenses on behalf of American Restaurant Concepts.

Mr. Rosenberger will retain beneficial ownership of 4,573,000 shares, or 13.3%, of the company's common stock after the transaction closes.

The transaction is set to close the day after the company files its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for its second fiscal quarter ended June 24, 2012 with the SEC and its common stock is requoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Remember Airtime, the Facebook-integrated video calling / media sharing service with a Chatroulette flavor? Well if not, we don't blame you -- usage stats suggest it hasn't quite taken off, but maybe the new features it's testing will secure a few more fans. No longer is the service restricted to the here and now, as the major change is all about video posts. Use Airtime to record a message and you can post it to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or via a traditional email to get the conversation started. Friends can then reply to your message through Airtime with a video post of their own, and so on. Its buddy list has also been given a little love, so now it shows friends as online, idle or offline, and details your interaction timeline. Whether the features are enough to inspire wider uptake is questionable, but for the few that actively use Airtime, the updates are out in the wild now on a "limited public release."
